The Fine Print

To keep this space in great condition for each client, we ask that you follow the general rules listed below. Renters will be required to sign a contract upon booking acknowledging all studio terms and conditions.

 

You are welcome to bring your own equipment or props as long as they do not damage any portion of the studio while being brought in, taken out or moved around. Be mindful of your mess and clean up any props and return furniture to original location prior to leaving. The studio will be cleaned prior to each rental to ensure a clean slate for each session but please leave the space as you would like to see it as you walk in.

Studio Policies

  • To receive a full refund, the booking must be cancelled 24 hours before scheduled booking.

  • Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.

  • Renter is responsible for any damage to Studio property, furniture or equipment that occurs during the time Renter occupies the premises.

  • So IL Studios LLC will not be held liable for any personal injury. You are solely responsible for the members of your group and their safety and well being.

General Rules

  • Booking time includes setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time.

  • No more than one session or family in the studio at a time. Any use of studio for mini sessions must occur during non business hours (Saturday or Sunday). On Saturdays, families should not congregate in the waiting area prior to their mini sessions as the space is shared with another business.

  • Hard to clean material (confetti, glitter, food, paint, etc.) require prior approval. 

  • While props are allowed, please refrain from using nails or pins in the walls.

  • No smoking, alcohol or drugs whatsoever allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. No open flames or any kind of smoke/haze machines allowed. Violators will be asked to leave and/or subject to a fine. 

  • While we love animals, no pets are allowed without prior consent.

  • Please report any damage to management immediately.
